What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
You should add a turbine / reactor engineer this will require a reactor room with it's own physics but the job will be applied for and CL-4

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
It will add more rp scenarios and it would take some weight off of E-11. it will also make it so repairing the generators a worth while trip also it will allow us to add a new code possibly similar to Code black where the reactor blows up.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
some people may abuse the clearance but it would be safe so you can make both CL-4 and will make it harder for CI to hack in and harder for D-class to get in and hack turbines.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe the suggestion should be accepted because it'll add rp scenarios and make it so people can minge less in reactor. It'll also make it more realistic because real engineers and technicians do not know how to fix a nukelliar reactors. also having it be risky to not focus on adds a sprint of excitement where at any time the entire site could be destroyed if you ignore the warnings and don't maintain it and stay at it making sure the heat is at a good leval and nothing is damaged.

It's already against the rules to turn off the turbines as foundation IIRC. CL4 engineers absolutely don't need to exist for the purpose of repairing the reactor :skull:

I am on about D-class and CI and there would be other functions to reactor like power inputs to areas and devices like for example if a area has flickering light they can add more power to that area

1: This would just end up in the back log IF it got accepted.
2: A CL4 engineer is not needed.
3: Hacking the reactor is already FailRP
4: Tech Experts can already go and fix the reactor themselves when its broken, so no need for it.
