Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:
For what reason am I applying for Site Advisor? For a plethora of reasons, I'd like to attempt to give the same energy that I've been applying to research to other departments! I love talking to other departments and getting into the thick of it when it comes to discussions whether that be discussing policy changes or how another department needs assistance in terms of improving something. Another major reason why I'd like to get into Site Admin is I'd like to see behind the scenes in terms of how running the site works by actually actively working with the rest of the team. I feel like I've built a pretty good bases of connections throughout the site and I'd like to maintain them in a more justified sense because I really do enjoy the day-to-day interactions that can form from just walking about and bugging people to see how they are doing.
Another big reason is the state of research as whole for the time being?
While I haven't been director for an extremely long time as you all might be able to easily see in terms of tenure it's in the perfect state to easily hand over to a new director without any problems activity is decent even during times when it normally should be a problem and I have a lot of talents that I want to see try to become a director. My executive team or more like our executive team is extremely motivated and constantly providing me with evidence of their own competence wither it be assisting in updating artwork throughout research or helping clean up our documents, and just simply assisting junior researchers when they're just starting all of these things prove to me that if I leave that the department will be left both in the good hands of Josh and our executive team.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
What makes me suitable for Site Admin? Staging off of experience I've got around three months of senior CL4 experience under my belt with another four months of junior experience in the form of executive. I have plenty of experience when it comes to creation of documentation and project management and formulation (Obviously I've been doing research for months with a good bit of my last half of executive being managing projects). I find it immensely enjoyable actually doing "meeting RP" actually getting down to it and talking "face to face" and hashing out things somewhat diplomatically. While I know I've been handed a great and safe ship to steer, I'd like to say that I have a somewhat keen eye in terms of spotting mistakes and actually working things out paperwork wise like stated before. I feel like it really takes being someone who can easily connect with any side of a conflict to work well in site administration as you by in part will be acting as liaisons for the department and also by in part assisting in choosing directors as such you need to have a pretty good judge of character

AUDIO ENTRY begins with the *sounds of what sounds to be two doors opening and a few footsteps...*
Min what did you get us into? Why did you even rope me into this?
I'm sorry Josh I needed someone who I know won't snitch about this type of testing that's why I recommended you... this is good that they trust you with this!
*The sounds of chemicals being haphazardly throw together and frantic writing*
*Then the sound of the sounds of what it sounds like one of the pair leaving with another pair of unsteady steps following behind*
I'm sorry D-CLASS you need to bear with any discomfort or pain for a little bit this should be a fairly simple line of tests involving some experimental chemicals. I know it sounds bad but think about it you are doing something for the greater good!
Min shut up you're just making them panic more... also what are we even making these chemicals are hardly the most common things you'd find around site, some of these look like they'd cost a fortune!
It's an order to make something inhouse I can't really cough up too many details, but you'll be needed as my executive to make sure that I don't miss any notes about the conditions of how this chemical cocktail works on humans.
*Audio from the D-CLASS struggling to escape his restrains while panicking is noticeable now*
Alright Josh I know what I'm about to inject might seem inhuman to inject into someone after you see what happens, but you mustn't under any circumstances let what I'm doing out to anyone, but who were doing this for alright!
*Sounds of a viscus liquid being loaded into a syringe*
*Muted wailing begins to be audible as to indicate that whatever was loaded into this syringe has found its now home*
AUDIO ENTRY ends file to corrupted...
