Refund server crashes

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
The new update makes the server really laggy, and a lot of people crash during wrong times and its annyoing.

The content team has decided to deny this application due to the fact we feel this system is easily abusable and would be too difficult to mange.
