Denied Remove/add counterplay to 912

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
the removal of 912/ability to counter 912 as a d-class.(such as for example being able to tranquilize 912)

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?
yes, as far as im aware this has been suggested before. my suggestion is not in any way different but i feel as if the development team have not considered the implications of making escape nearly impossible due to 1 player.

Possible Positives of the suggestion:
as a d-class there would be an element of counterplay when someone is playing 912.
it would add more incentive to play as a d-class.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
older players may feel as if 912 is an inherent part of CN SCP RP and will be sad about its removal.
GSD may have a harder time preventing escapes during low playercount.

Based on the Positives and Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
because there is currently no way to subdue/counter 912 as a d-class apart from maybe acquiring a CL3 keycard and using a containment beam(good luck)

i'd take it even a step further and prevent 912 from entering dblock during raids how come we are letting gensec weaponize a scp but e-11 cant do it
also try making a riot on high pop > somebody flags on 912 > gets let into dblock > riot gets destroyed and u get wiped in 2 seconds because of teargas + 912 punching you constantly if u try to fight back
it legit makes the loop of dclass so bad whenever hes on site and wants to ruin the fun
912 cannot be used to sway a raid or breach as per his rules. He may be deployed in d block during a riot to quell the d class but to engage Chaos hes not allowed to do.
 
I am neutral. I dont think d class should be able to really "beat" 912 without a type blue or co operation. (like if the entire block had pistols, cooperation)

If you want to try to escape, maybe try not to with 912 there, or have a sacrificial d class, or wait until a type blue is able to give you beams etc. I think i saw in the clip another D class escaping when you were baiting 912.
i agree that it should be hard to beat 912, but coorperation from all of d-block very rarely happens. only once have i seen it happen and everyone just died because they got shot while beaming him.(also type blues dont just magically have CL3's)

D class are intentionally designed to have the cards stacked against them when rioting, 912 is apart of that system.

Nerfing 912 will just increase riots and combativeness of the server
and i understand and am all for the dynamic of d-class being underpowered, but 912 is a step too far. there should still be a logical way to counteract him.(being able to tranq him, making containment beams CL2, selling them at the scrap trader, something along those lines)
