Network Leadership required Remove Limited Crates from the F4 menu

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Removes crates that are supposed to be rare/limited from the F4 menu - 2023 halloween and 2024 christmas.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Makes sense, as the time for those crates is finished.
- Makes skins from these cases more limited, as they should be.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Couldn't really find any (2023 halloween case key is not available for vpoints, so no lost money for the server.)

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe it should be accepted because skins from these cases should be limited, as they are themed to a certain part of the year.

Edit: Christmas 2023 Weapons Skin Case was removed after 2023 holidays - i see no reason why this type of case shouldn't be removed after a certain amount of time from it's release.
