Denied Remove the Reality Distortions from surface (Kinda)

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This would remove the naturally spawning Reality Distortions from surface.
If this is too much, then instead make it so that they only spawn in upon a surface SCP's death.

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
While not directly, I did suggest to give MC&D SRA's to limit the amount of distortions on surface in this suggestion.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Surface is more immersive for civilians and doesn't contain something anomalous 2 seconds after spawning in.
The distortions will still exist from SCP's (Depends)
More incentive to fix these distortions, as they could now be treated as a infobreach rather than a daily occurrence. (Depends)
Less cluster on surface. (They just feel like random dots put around the map)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Less EXP to gain from these distortions.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I feel like this should be suggested because these just suck. They are never removed, and when they are they just pop right back up. I dont know what purpose they serve, but in my opinion they are just useless.

SCPs dying on surface is rare from my experience. They get captured 90% of the time which means that the bubbles would also be inside GOIs bases 90% of the time. Unless theres a buff or something that acually encourages killing scps for the hume field it's just bleh.

Let hume fields stop type blues from decaying fr.

Gotta compensate for something if we are removing them from surface.
Because from experience a surface SCP dies at least once a day
