What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Removes the "Detain" ability from Chaos Insurgency Type-Blue.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
I cannot find anything similar, I know larger CI TB suggestions have been made but haven't seen any specifically pushing for the removal of the detain ability.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Straight forwardly: Detain is one of the reasons CI Type Blue is annoying, unfair, and unfun to fight against. It doesn't affect the majority of CI raid objectives, however when a person is detained they are affected greatly and negatively affected by it.
Detain kidnapping also plays a role in why I made this suggestion and why it should be accepted, unlike head pop where you're just dead (which is still very annoying) with detain you have the chance to be kidnapped without any counter or chance to go against it, and then can often kept somewhere for an insane amount of minutes with little to no interaction.
Why not Class-D Type Blue?
Someone asked me this, so I've decided to pre-answer it before any reply comes in: I didn't suggest Class-D TB because it is often the underdog and feels more fair - it begins in a more difficult spot and feels better to fight overall because of it. I wouldn't be against the CD TB losing it, but I am not for it either.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
- Feels more fair to fight -- Detain stops a person from being able to fight back, use their radio, or run away, if it happens - which can lead to instant death or kidnapping. None of this is fun to fight against and (at least to me) feels infinitely worse than just being head popped instantly.
- Feels more fun to fight -- Similar to the above, but not just fairness in battle (as TB is meant to be an unfair and special enemy to fight against) but that it is just unfun to be detained and more so if said detainment involves a kidnapping.
- Less 035 breaches -- A much smaller positive, but occasionally CI will breach 035 by using TB detain to kidnap someone with low chance to counter. Although this has the above negatives, it also has the negative of breaching 035 who has the potential to cause a mass SCP breach if played well.
- Detain kidnapping -- Kidnapping is already more often than not unfun, but they usually require some portion of skill or planning to pull off - the need for multiple people to FearRP and quickly cuff someone - it's balanced. Type Blue detain can do what those multiple FearRPers can do with 2 mouse clicks, this isn't something that is balanced nor fun to have be able to be done.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- CI TBs / CI will have a harder time doing things -- This is a negative for CI, as with all nerfs it'll affect the regiment or role negatively. However I do not believe that detain is such a large part of CI TBs abilities and do not believe it's removal would affect the wide majority of raid objectives.
- CI TB will lose a power -- Similarly to the above, CI TB losing a power makes it weaker and less interesting - I don't believe that second one should really matter (it's other many abilities can cover for it) but being weaker is true, which is why I think as a micro idea (although not a true part of this suggestion, but rather a pre-planned counter buff) would be to give it one of the Thaumatologists power to allow it to give protection against SCPs or banish someone away.
