Denied Removing 076-2's breachtool and giving it to 7722

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion removes 076-2's breach tool and give 7722 a breach tool, in which recently 7722's breachtool was removed

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Balances 076-2 breach, as he is insanely quick and annoying to recontain
Makes 7722 actually worth playing, since they removed his breach tool and he cant really avoid combat as he can be rushed to recontain, so giving him a breach tool just makes 7722 breach better and worth it

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
None really, just might make 076-2 mains annoyed

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This suggestion should be added as since 076-2 is insanely hard to recontain and kill, due to his speed, and him having a breach tool while 7722 doesn't, even though 7722 is easier to recontain and previously had a breach tool, but does not anymore, so it just balances the SCP's out

7722 is just a suit of armour, 076 is actually capable of breaching SCPs.

7722 is quite easily one of the strongest if not the strongest scp

Tbh it just feels like skill issue suggestion 7722 was a pain with breach tool, and with him breaching a TG or 682 made him a PAIN and i mean a FUCKING PAIN to RC him. 076 is a termable SCP and he has no ranged attacks and he doesnt regen "Health" (Armor).

- Support 7722 can just tank gunshots when breaching someone isn't fair, you cant damage him and the scp that is going to be breached will protect him. Resupplying his armour while breaching someone else
