Denied Revert the alignment of 'Who can hear you' and Command List

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
Reverts the change made by Jacob that aligns the 'Who can hear you' and Command lists to the chatbox

Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:
No.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Allows people to customize their chatbox more, allowing them to put it at the top right (Like I do) without compromising their ability to see which players can actually hear them in-game.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
N/A, as this is a quality of life change. Though it would be wasted dev time.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
This is mostly a QoL change, people will be able to customize their chatbox without compromising their ability to see commands etc.
