Why are you applying for Security Captain?
Gensec has been my favourite department to play since I joined CN. Despite also playing as NU-7 I still dedicate a lot of time to gsd and love helping out. I've developed good relations with the Captains and gensec as a whole. During downtimes when I play early morning or late night there doesn't tend to be a captain meaning we are unable to auth sweeps and if no one steps up to take a lead D block tends to go downhill. The newer gensec at those often learn the wrong things during these times and it impacts how d block runs as a whole. I'd be privileged to play a bigger role in being able to help gensec as a whole and be able to lead better during those times.

What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
Although at first I was apprehensive about taking a leadership role I have now participated in a number of leadership trainings, helped out in tryouts, ran sweeps and led d block when captains have been afk and authorised me to lead. This has all helped me gain confidence and leadership skills as well as improve my relations with gensec as a whole. I always try to do the right thing and get the full picture in situations that it's needed but I have learnt to put my foot down and enforce the codex and server rules as a whole. I've been improving in my combat through RRT and trainings and have been working on applying it in action. I am fairly active and generally get around 3-4 hours of playtime on weekdays and it has been up to 14 hours a day on weekends... (obviously splitting my time between gsd and nu-7)

What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
A captains main responsibility is to lead GSD, whether that's through sweeps, assigning POI's, helping with general queries, hosting tryouts and more.
Ensuring GSD are doing their jobs effectively and offering training and guidance when needed.
Ensuring researchers are escorted by the correct clearance GSD and making sure d block is adequately manned at all times.
