What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
-
I have read through the rules of 096, as well as the other rules regarding Scps as a whole, such as the fact that 096 cannot turn to look at someone who enters a room while pacified, forcing them to see his face, nor can he leave his inner chamber unless he is currently ‘breached’ (Face having been seen, CC doors broken or left open). I like playing as SCPs occasionally when im not on other roles and will typically flag on to an SCP if i am able to whenever someone requests one.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?:
-
When not in the wandering state, SCP-096 will remain crouched in something similar to a fetal position, typically sobbing to itself and not moving much at all, once he has been left undisturbed and in the same location for over 60 seconds he will typically begin to roam around his surroundings, not with a destination in mind, but aimless wandering without breaking any closed doors.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
-
SCP-096 is able to go wherever his targets are currently located, be they on surface or in D block, and will sweep through the locations until no targets remain, at which point if and when he enters a wandering state, he is able to roam around the location he is currently in, or any locations that are directly open to him (Doors broken or left open) And is expected not to remain in the same location forever, unless he is unable to leave that area due to closed doors.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
Combatives attempting to recontain SCP-096 will first acquire scramblers to keep themselves from seeing his face, then acquire buckets, assuming they didn't grab one first. Once they reach him they will place a bucket on his head, and if he hasn’t already done so, they will allow him to sweep through his remaining targets while following behind him with containment beams and cuffs. Once he inevitably kills all those who have seen his face, the combatives will then have to use their containment beam on him, then cuff him and drag him off either to secure him in a secluded area where his face will not be seen (Until the point at which it is safe to transport him), or straight back to his containment chamber if no other SCPS are currently breached. From there, they should keep personnel informed on his location and status, keep extra buckets on standby, and/or have all escorting personnel equipped with scrambles. Once he has been secured within his containment chamber, it is important that E-11 or whoever contains SCP-096 ensures that the doors to his chamber are both closed, and fully repaired to prevent him from simply wandering out and breaching all over again.
