Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned/blacklisted? i have been banned before yes
Why should you be unblacklisted: as i have waited out my ban timer already and i was blacklisted as a fact of my friend "alting" attempt i feel i should be given a second chance
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: i miss playing on the server and want to come back and enjoy
