Accepted SCP-049 "Cure" Swep Rework

What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
- Reworking SCP-049 swep. After the limit of SCP-049-2 are produced instead of the swep doing nothing at all it could poison players making them slowly take damage until death.

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):

- QOL for SCP-049 players.
- Minor buff towards SCP-049.
- Potential Chemical Introduction.
- More of a threat to deal with when fighting SCP-049.
- Medical/Research Personnel RP.

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- This suggestion could cause some annoyance that would come along with a SCP-049.

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:

- SCP-049 is currently overshadow by a lot of other SCP on site due to his major downsides once achieve momentum during his breach. After SCP-049 has infected 8 players with his swep it makes it impossible to "cure" anyone else into a SCP-049-2 until their is a room available this can be quite annoying as you will chase someone down to release that previous 8 players that you have infected haven't done a thing to help you or have gotten stuck in a wall so this change would make it so that your even more of a threat when their is a max amount of SCP-049-2 on the server. If you have been infected with SCP-049 "cure" you will take 4 damage every 2 seconds meaning that you would have to reach medical attention quickly so to be recovered from this cure there could be some sort of chemical mioxure maybe containing Doctor's Pestilence to cure someone from this infection. People infected could be sampled that receiving a chemical.

The extra poison after max zombies is a good idea for extra small chip damage after he can't do anything else
