What does this suggestion change add:
Add's the ability for SCP-079 to utilise the announcement system for cognitohazardous purposes. I.E: high cost + CD Ability to activate a room's speakers for the specific purpose of playing said cognitohazard, similar to the SCPI-NeT cognitohazard ability it could be tweaked to not outright kill you or even be non lethal > (SCP-513 exposure).
Instead individuals could be given a warning beforehand to exit the stated room, a great way to implement both this warning as well as a lore accurate reason would be to make this cognitohazard scp-407 in which only listening to the first portion (10-15 seconds) of the audio would prevent death, this would obviously then have to have 407's unique kill method be implemented but it's only one possible way to include this ability, it could also just be a generic eerie sound to cue other players in of the cognitohazard kind of alike the SCP-NeT sounds.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
+ Higher lethality for 079 + lore accurate for a highly intelligent and rapidly learning AI.
+ More content for SCP researchers to discuss/RP potential especially in terms of seminars on the dangers of cognitohazards.
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
- Likely buggy especially with the as of currently broken Cognitohazards on SCP-iNeT terminals.
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I honestly believe this would add so much more to 079's kit as well as make him more suited to crowd control/support within a SCP team dynamic, it would even propose him as more a threat, more so then he currently is.
As such I believe this proposal should be considered.
