What makes you suitable for SCP-096?:
I follow the rules and have no temper when trying to kill/re-contain the SCP, So that made have the idea to become 096.

What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?:
he normally cries when alone, but when some one looks at his face he becomes enraged, he tracks down the person then terminates them, then goes back to the state of crying again.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
He cannot beeline to the D-block, he has to find the victim that looked at his face and kill them, He can roam around the facility and the surface, but when some one looks at his face just one little bit he has to kill them before going anywhere else

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
1 an specialist or MTF has to find a bucket which is located in the non-special SCP chamber
2 they have to find the SCP when he is the state of crying (which means not enrage)
3 they place the bucket on the SCP's head so that they don't look at his face
4 then the specialist gets the SCP containment beam and freeze the SCP in place
5 he is then cuffed and sent back to his chamber
