List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: I don't have any but waiting to get to a CI tryout at the moment as I have the deep cover WL from thaumiel that i'm excited to use!

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have not received anything on my record but I had a verbal warning for mugging someone as D-Class and killing them for not giving me money, I wasn't aware at the time that it wasn't allowed and it was not long after first joining the server.

What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I have good experience with SCP's and RPing as them, I enjoy primarily playing SCP's I can cause mass havoc with such as 0-49, 457, 7722, and 939 so i'd love to wreak more havoc using 096.

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: When docile, SCP-096 would approach players and follow them. If the player sees 096's face it will start his aggro state again.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: 096 can only go for those who have viewed his face, any killings during his rampage to those who've seen it is unfortunate but it does happen.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Firstly you have to get 096 into a docile state, from there you must put a bag over his head (Blindfold) so people can't see his face, then take him back to his chamber.
