What is the usual behavior of SCP-096 when pacified?: Typically sitting in a corner, crying. He doesn't care for his environment much or at least has bigger problems like his face to worry about.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Only directly to the person who aggravated him. There may be more people that aggravate him and which he will attack them, after I am done attacking the person I have seen, I get contained.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Figure out his location, figure out who saw his face, follow the ethical procedures to eliminate or allow 096 to attack said person, put a bucket on 096's head to ensure nobody else sees his face, restrain him using the scp cuffs, then escort him back to his holding cell.
