What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion would make SCP-500 a Clearance 4 accessible SCP with a Clearance 4 keypad scanner

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
With the recent rework of SCP-500 it would reduce the amount of misuse of the SCP
In lore SCP-500 is a clearance 4 SCP & is only to be accessible by those with Level 4 Clearance (Executive, Consultant, Director of Medicine & Research, Site Administration & Site Command)

Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
D-Class would soy too much

Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
Because it's an amazing suggestion that only now works due to the changes to SCP-500 Thanks to Metropolitan (THE GOAT)
