What does this suggestion change/add/remove:
This suggestion adds more to the little screens that pop up when you flag onto an SCP by adding some information to the SCP, intended mostly for new players unfamiliar with the lore and rules behind this specific SCP.
Has something similar been suggested before? If so, why is your suggestion different?:

Possible Positives of the suggestion (At least 2):
Greater quantity of roleplay
Greater quality of roleplay
Less rules around SCPs being broken
More interesting situations and potential roleplay for the SCP player
Possible Negatives of the suggestion:
Writing time - however this could easily be counteracted by hosting a little community competition where players can submit their own ideas for the lore behind the scps (extended server lore) and the introduction for players.
Annoying popup that appears every time, but with the new UI thing for settings coming up, you could add an option to disable this
Based on the Positives & Negatives, why should this suggestion be accepted:
I believe this will only be positive for new players and will be good for the quality of SCP roleplay. There isn’t much more to add really.
