Winter Surface Update - Full changelog here
Changes to the following areas:- Surface with an entirely new chaos insurgency base, an overhaul of foundation compound, a new gas station and plenty more

VWAR Reality Bending
- Escape Card - You must now have Line of Sight with each Selected target when activating the ability to swap with them. You will only Swap with players you have Line of Sight with upon activation of the ability.
- This LOS check ignores other players, transparent map-features (windows, fences, etc), and yourself.
VJob Editor
- A-1 and O-1 - Removed emblem on the back of models (I.S.D)
- Updated DEA job descriptions for the following jobs:
- DEA Agent
- DEA Operative
- DEA Senior Agent
- Created flag: InjectHostileSCPs
- Before, a jobs ability to inject SCPs with chems was linked to its ability to sample SCPs. Now that behaviour has been decoupled.
- This flag has been added to all jobs that currently have the SampleHostileSCPs flag
- MTF E-11 Nine Tailed Fox - Biohazard Specialist - Added Flag: InjectHostileSCPs
- This is not meant to replace DClass for testing. This is to be used when a test is so dangerous or a chemical so potent that you cannot trust a D-Class to handle the injection. An SCP-008 test is a good example of this.

- Multi-Tap
- Requires a configurable number of authorized personnel to scan their keycards before activation.
- In-Game Configurable Airlocks
- Allows SL to configure airlocks directly in-game without requiring a map update.
- Configurable options include:
- Cycle Time (time between airlock stages)
- Default State (state the airlock resets to on restart)
- Return-to-Default Timer (after how long, if at all, the airlock will return to its default state)

- Fixed Certain Tac Assets completely breaking the server by erroring inside a Think hook when you call it in
- Fixed Tac Tablet not displaying the correct ranks on assets that dont have a rank that matches the level of the asset
- Fixed warfund servers being level 3 hacks
- Fixed Deployment Zones showing as nil in the respawn menu
- Fixed DClass and SCPs receiving Warfund Server hacking alerts
- Added lower limit to the amount that can be transferred at once. Transfers must be $1,000 or greater and will be rounded to the nearest whole number if a decimal is provided.

- Fixed Pink/Purple error textures on reflective surfaces for AMD GPU users

Rules Changes
Added: Category 6.07 Chemical Injection RulesEdited: Category 6.07(a) Chemical Injection Rules
Injecting AMN-F762-R (Commonly known as Class-F) into SCP entities is not permitted unless prior approval has been given by a member of Server Leadership (Administrator+) or a Senior Game Master+ is running, assisting in, or overseeing the roleplay scenario. When requesting approval, you should have a clear goal in mind for the RP scenario that you are leading/participating in.
Clarification: 1.03 FailRP If an SCP is being actively breached, under no circumstances can they attack someone outside of their chamber unless they are fully breached or being attacked by said person. Silver rule standards would apply otherwise.
