Hello everyone!

Thank you for your continued support. This month we have seen a good amount of addition to the server including a new map update, a ton of VCraft changes as well as a lot of smaller quality of life updates! Thank you to @Dennid, @Yellow and @Axe for putting together this months news!

VGuns

  • ASH-12.7
    • Increased rate of fire
    • Decreased damage per shot ever so slightly
    • Increased rate of fire ever so slightly
    • Increased spread of the weapon slightly
  • Karma-90
    • reduced recoil

  • Charge Rifle Mk.II​

    • RPM: 20 -> 55
  • Charge Rifle Mk.III​

    • RPM: 40 -> 55

VWAR

  • When equipping NVGs from the armory, they will now be immediately equipped on the player instead of being dropped on the floor.
  • MTF CO's can now do transfer requests
  • New Laws System
    • Brand new laws system, making laws more accessible across the server.
    • The tablet now has a dedicated section displaying laws for your current faction.
    • Laws are now easily accessible and all in one place, removing the need to rely on external sheets or access to restricted areas such as jails.
  • Reworked Arrest System
    • Arresting is now simpler and faster with a new menu that presents a list of laws, just tick the applicable ones instead of manually typing them.
    • Criminal Records
      • Now includes charges, arrest dates, notes, and additional records such as early releases or completed sentences.
  • Tactical Tablet / Personnel Tablet
    • The tablet's visuals have been updated to improve readability, and the Command tab has been merged into the newly made Personnel tab. Where those with access can see someones criminal record, and command members can use the comms cut-off / pager functionality.
  • Binoculars
    • Added zooming functionality to binoculars, and made it way easier to spot someone.

VJob Editor

  • Added 2 new models (Van and Joe) to the following jobs:
    • Chief of Security
    • Security Captain
    • Security Sergeant
    • Security Response Unit
    • Security Officer
    • Security Guard
    • Security Cadet
  • Increased Ethics and Overseer Assistant slots from 2 > 3, full changelog here with further details.
  • MTF O-1 Enforcement
    • Replaced Nova with Saiga-12
  • MTF Nu-7 Juggernaut
    • Added binoculars
  • UNGOC - Orange Suit​

    • Name: UNGOC - Orange Suit -> UNGOC - Yellow Suit
    • Updated Description
    • Changed the name prefix of Yellow Suit from MK III 'Orange Suit' to Mk. IX 'Yellow Suit'
  • Marshall, Carter, And Dark​

    • Changed the primary colour of the job from #191919 to #66023C to better reflect their colour scheme and new models.
  • Class D TYPE-BLUE​

    • Added fists to loadout
  • Removed personal tablets from the following jobs.​

    • CI Commander & Officer
    • GOC Ambassador & Attache

VJob & Vwar Config​

Changes to both Alpha-1 and Omega-1:​

  • Changed Alpha-1 and Omega-1's job titles to fully redact A-1 and O-1 in the names above their head, With both being MTF ███ (Rank) (Name)
  • Changed the regiment in Vkeycards to be redacted, With only the codenames and rank showing whilst everything else is redacted

VCraft

  • Lowered the pour percentage on injection vials from 100% to 50%, meaning that it'll now only fill 100 ml at a time.
  • Changed inventory size of Pepsi can to 1x1 instead of 2x1 to mirror the size of other canned drinks

Credit Config​

  • Allowed Foundation Dimensional Cartographer to Credit the following Departments
    • D-Class
    • GenSec
    • Medical

Scoreboard​

  • Updated the scoreboard to display formatted rank names instead of usergroups.
    • Example: Community Supervisor will now be shown instead of superadmin.

Permanent Weapons​

  • Reduced Equip limit for Rifles: 2 -> 1
    • Previously, you could select a perma rifle and it would get equipped alongside your default job loadouts rifle. Now it will replace your default job loadout rifle. (This is how all other perma weapon types work)

Advent

  • Re-Enabled the Advent Calendar
    • Use /advent after the restart to claim the rewards

VWAR CMissions

  • New Snowball Fight!
    • Full changelog here!
  • Enabled Cmissions for DEA

General

  • Disabled Halloween Pumpkins from spawning on surface
  • Added headcam for CI Commander requiring Cl4 to view
  • (UK) Fixed 008 detection on HCZ quarantine door in front of 008 CC.
  • Increased detection range of multiple quarantine doors to make it more responsive and harder for 008 to pass them. (still possible)
  • Changelog regarding server stability, removing unused entities here.

Bugfixes

SCP Chambers zones​

  • Adjusted 106 Chamber barrier. Fixed a rare bug where 106 becomes a wall surfer.
  • Adjusted 173 Chamber barrier. No more 173 blocking the door from closing.
  • Adjusted 079 chamber barrier. (US)fixed a issue where you could see all of HCZ and gain information about breaches etc
  • Added no sit zone in 035 chamber.fixed players using the railing to glitch out of the map & getting stuck.

Misc​

  • Fixed chutes within medical (US).they are usable again.
  • Fixed Nu-7 Operative vehicle Door group.
    • Operative can open/close Humvees and other vehicles again if owned by Nu-7.
  • (UK) Fixed 008 detection on HCZ quarantine door in front of 008 CC.
  • Increased detection range of multiple quarantine doors to make it more responsive and harder for 008 to pass them. (still possible)

CG SCP PM Combined​

  • Fixed inverted normals on part of the Epsilon-11 Commander’s gas mask

DRadio​

  • Refactored radio chat messages
    • Both /r and /radio work now, with autocomplete.
    • Fixed issues with people seeing radio chat messages after switching to scp, etc.
    • Radio chat messages can now be toggled in the chat filters.

VWAR​

  • Fixed Toggle Communications Cutoff button not updating properly.
  • Keep lawboards powered even when digital signs & displays are off
  • Fixed lua error in bullet freeze that caused massive shells to be left laying around the place.
  • Fixed Certain Tac Assets completely breaking the server by erroring inside a Think hook when you call it in
  • Fixed Tac Tablet not displaying the correct ranks on assets that dont have a rank that matches the level of the asset
  • Fixed warfund servers being level 3 hacks
  • Fixed Deployment Zones showing as nil in the respawn menu
  • Fixed DClass and SCPs receiving Warfund Server hacking alerts
  • Added lower limit to the amount that can be transferred at once. Transfers must be $1,000 or greater and will be rounded to the nearest whole number if a decimal is provided.

VNPCS​

  • Fixed invalid interaction request

VCraft​

  • Fixed a bug that caused healing chemicals to reset player's hp if above max health.

AVDrones​

  • Hopefully fixed hitreg issues when shooting at drones.

Vjob & Vradio editor​

MTF Nu-7 Juggernaut​

  • Fixed a issue where Nu-7 Juggernaut was unable to use regimental radio groups.
    • Can use mtf, Sop and Nu7 freq now.

VWar Reality Bending​

  • Fixed bug that allowed players to prevent getting immediately pulled out of Inversion and Bullet Freeze when Suppressed by cancelling the ability early.


Rules Changes

Added: 3.01(c) General Raiding Requirements:
CI Deep Covers, UNGOC Assessment Teams, and disguised DEA personnel may not initiate an infiltration raid against a target faction if any of the following conditions apply:
  • Your faction is currently conducting an active Main Raid against the target faction; or
  • Fewer than 20 minutes have passed since your faction’s last Main Raid against the target faction.

Added: 1.18(b) Base Camping​

You may not spend extended periods of time waiting outside of someone's base, bunker, compound, or spawn point for them to leave in order to kill them, ambush them, kidnap them, or commit any other hostile action towards them. This rule does not apply immediately before and/or during a raid.
