I understand that it is important to follow the server rules. I will plan to carefully review the server rules and make sure that I am familiar with all the rules. I will make sure to follow the rule and treat other players and staff members with respect.

If I am unsure about on what the rules are, I will seek advice and guidance from other players or staff members. I take responsibility for my actions and if I make a mistake or break a rule.

I want to contribute to a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone on the server.

Why should you be unbanned:
I DO agree that I did break the rules, but I believe personally that the ban might be too long, and the reason it was this long in my opinion is cause the admin got angry since I killed him. What happened was that I as a chef started getting hit by SCP-966, so I as a chef ran and hid in D-Block. Pyro started stabbing me so I pulled out the gun I had on me and shot him (I didn't pull it our prior to this.) After that, he took me to the admin room and claimed I was trying to give guns to D-Class and help them escape (you can check any and all kind of logs, I didn't do anything of the kind), I asked him why he is lying and he was dodging the topic and was just saying I'll receive a 3 day ban but ended up giving me a 8 day ban instead.

I do acknowledge that going into D-Block as a chef is FailRP, as for the pulling out the gun as a chef when he was stabbing me part I'm not entirely sure as I've heard people say it's not allowed at all and I've heard people say that it's allowed only when I'm being attacked and have no other option but I do take responsibility for that as well if it its rule breaking.

And like I said in the section above, I'll take all required action in order to prevent this from happening ever again.

Why do you want to rejoin this server?
I enjoy playing on it, I've played on it for over a year and spent money on it, I've been in MTF and I've been an internal affairs agent for a long time, my level is also really high which just further proves that I enjoy my game.

I had Issued you a failRP & and LTAP warn as you had ran into D-block multiple times, one of times you had pulled out a gun and fired upon me with your firearm, it is unrealistic for you as a non-combative to have a weapon, it is unrealistic to enter D-block as a non-combative multiple times, getting yourself killed each time dropping a keycard for the D-Class, you had attempted to drop guns one of the times however was quick to be killed by a D-Class.

The reason behind the such lengthy ban is the Class X failRP Warn which is 1 Week long + when I brought you to the staff room and told you the news you immediately left the server & hadn't made an attempt to join back or contact me, I then shortly after issued the 8 day ban for the reasons stated before.

Hello Pyro.

I agree with the fact that I ran into D-block.

But, I did pull a gun on you after you stabbed me, it was self-defense, I didn't have it out once before you did it. As for the keycards, it could've happened as I was killed, it was not my intention though.

But what I do not appreciate is you lying about me trying to give D-Class weapons, that is a blatant lie. Accusing me of things that I have never even considered is not only untrue, but it is also insulting to my integrity as a player. I have never dropped weapons to D-Class nor have ever intented to. I urge another staff member to reconsider your accusation and investigate the matter further to determine the truth. In the future, please refrain from making false accusations against players without solid evidence. Such baseless claims can lead to unnecessary conflicts and create an unpleasant gaming experience for all.

Furthermore, I would like to bring to the staff's attention that I managed to kill you in the game after you tried to stab me. This incident makes your accusation even more suspicious, as it seems like a mere attempt to seek revenge or defame my reputation.

I encourage other staff members to check the logs and see whether there is anything indicating that I was trying to drop a weapon in any way, shape or form.

As for the LTAP, I haven't left to avoid punishment, I was just annoyed at the statement you made claiming that I have dropped weapons to D-Class and the fact that you were shouting at me in the admin room. I have played this game for over a year and ammessed hundreds of hours on it, I am fully aware of the fact that leaving the server does not prevent punishment. I have left the game after we have finished speaking.

I apologize for running into the D-Block area, which was a clear violation of the server's rules on FailRP. I understand that this behavior can be disruptive and ruin the gameplay experience for others, and I take full responsibility for my actions.

Secondly, I am sorry for leaving the game while in the admin room, which is a violation of the rules on LTAP. I realize that this behavior is not acceptable and can be frustrating for the server staff who are working hard to ensure a smooth gaming experience for all.

I want to assure you that I am committed to playing within the rules of the server and will do my utmost to avoid any further violations. I understand that my actions have caused inconvenience and frustration for the staff and other players.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

Even if you were to have not dropped the weapon, running into D-Block constantly is still a violation of FailRP. Getting to a class X ban is no easy feat either, and requires a constant rulebreaking. You've also made an appeal for exactly this in the past, which shows you would've known it's against the rules. Your actions do not align with the statements you make.​
