Why did you resign: Could not make several weekly meetings due to an unorganized schedule.
Why should you return: With the new ticket system, I have noticed a severely detrimental increase in ticket wait times, at least in my experience. I want to do right by every player and take their tickets ASAP since they deserve to be heard and not wait; this especially applies to stuck sits where a timely response is important.
I have also noticed an increase in disapproval of staff among some players; perhaps it's the attitude of the new ticket system coming off as a customer support line rather than a reporting system. I would bring a little more personality to make submitting a ticket and having your situation handled a less drudging process.
I also desire an income of money and v-points again, so it works out with my gripe.
Now that I have taken a good amount of time to develop my life, I have my affairs in order.
