Are you appealing a Staff resignation, demotion or blacklist: Blacklist

Date of blacklist: 04/02/2026

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have had one for RDM in 2023 (I believe it's 2023) and one for a FailRaid in early 2025

Who blacklisted you from Staff: Astro

Why were you blacklisted from Staff: Spectate Abuse, Metagaming via PM, Disregard for server-health. I think there was something else but I'm not too sure entirely.

Why should you return: Firstly, I'd like to explain my defense for the three reasons above to give some context.

Spectate Abuse - I was told I'm okay to be spectating and just watching what goes on as long as I don't do anything that I shouldn't be, I wasn't informed of any punishments that could follow from simply watching what goes on prior to being spoken to by Astro.

Metagaming via PM - I was playing 079 and I had given out my layout of a plan to 939-1 before I had breached which quickly deteriorated into me doing my own thing and told him my level when I was breached. At the time I had searched both red and blue discords for chats regarding key-words such as "079 PM" "079 PM'ing" "SCP's can't PM" "SCP PM" "PM/PM'ing as 079". I also checked out the rule clarifications and found nothing that had to do with that area so I assumed disclosing that information regarding it gave no actual benefit during the breach was fine. I had asked about this during the talk with Astro and he kindly gave me the information I was looking for.

Disregard for server-health via mass breach - During my breach I had the intention of breaching 939 from the get-go as it was a lower risk SCP to breach and was a lot more easily containable than the other options online as there was a few E-11 online to deal with them. However, due to me not thinking about what I was breaking with the doors I had door faulted 096 and someone flagged onto it towards the end of my breach just before I was RC'ed. This was a poor oversight from me and I hadn't intended for 096 to breach at all, I was just trying to level up via breaking and locking down out of the way doors so I could breach 939 without foundation personnel catching on to me being breached. I do apologize for the lack of thought in that respect as once again I had never intended for 096 to get out, it was just a coincidence that someone had flagged onto him while the doors were open.

I never had any bad intentions towards the server at all, it was a genuine mistake on my behalf as I should've not only asked about if some of the info I was disclosing was allowed but also taken more care while breaching another SCP. In which case I had breached 939-1, 939-2 and 096. The latter being a complete accident.

I have a lot of passion towards staffing and truly apologize for the entire situation, I want to keep contributing to the server in the same way by helping players and keeping everything running smoothly as it's always in my heart to give back an amazing roleplay experience as I've had before.

I understand acting on assumptions isn't the right way to go about things and should act after confirming with someone else first. I'll also hold myself to an even higher standard and take into account that I should double check if not triple check on breaches during low-pop when actively playing as an SCP. I will also explicitly ask for permission to spectate the server when on as to avoid any issues in the future revolving spectating as a TMod.

I would also like to thank Astro for being very polite and understanding about the situation as I had a few questions and concerns, but also for explaining things to me in a calm and professional way. The staff team is brilliant at what they do and I hope these actions can be forgiven
