What will you do to stop this from happening again: The way I intend to stop this from happening again is to do either one of three things:
1- Not play SCP-073 again as I might make the mistake again by accident / it doesn't load properly for me again,
2- When playing SCP-073 if I see anything that does not seem like it is normally there back away/stand still and if possible leave completely to either somewhere safe or go back to 'my' containment chamber so that I cannot inflict unwanted DMG on other players.
3- Learn more about how the damage reversal works, who to use it on, how it works, when am I allowed use it and follow accordingly.
Why should you be unbanned: I feel as though I should be unbanned even I do know I did make the mistake because-
1) Something was bugged and I couldn't properly see the nerve gas (it was similar to the actual bullet from a flare however it was much dimmer and smaller with no cloud),
2) I had completely forgotten about the damage reflection, still leading to this being partially my fault. Number '2.5' is the fact that the ERT that were there did in-fact throw multiple Nerve Gases in my vicinity so not all the damage was my fault a decent amount would've been from that I believe (As far as I could tell by the ERT having their arm raised throwing something and running away),
3) What I realise now was a warning about that incident, all I heard was "get ... nerve gas" multiple times either from mics cutting out on my end or just in general being stupid and not properly understanding what they were saying which happens a shit ton to me icl (I need to get this fixed might have to reinstall windows) and I also I presumed either IC/OOC they were concerned I might die in the nerve gas as sometimes people do run in to it and die. However my thought process was "Isn't 073 immortal?" I look down my HP is fine so I don't think much else of it.
I obviously feel bad due to all of this, both for others and the fact I can't play on the server anymore. However I do feel like all of it wasn't entirely my fault. (If you know how to fix the stuff not loading and all can you tell me how?)

Figured out it was nerve gas after the guy mentioned it and an E11 LT ran by saying "Why is there a shit ton of nerve gas here?"

I just started GMod after I watched a video about the server so I didn't know any rules at all (JayTheGermanPotato) and I threw a grenade killing like 4 people as a D Class.
Ban:
RDM again as I was trying to kill someone with a tranq/gun in CDC as an RCU and I cross-fired/mixed up the person with another D Class and as I got the RDM warning only a short time prior it was considered some like extreme violation instead of a warn so I got banned for a day to 2~ days or something.
