What will you do to stop this from happening again: In the future I would not keep shooting and stabbing minges who keep trying to kill me but instead report them.

Why should you be unbanned: In all honesty, I left the server and will not be back fully unless something changes. But this is to be some sort of complaint and appeal. On the day I was banned, I was harassed by some well-known minges I do know. But I told them time and time again not to keep trying to kill me, until I just had enough and killed them as soon as they pulled out a weapon near me. I understand the Fail RP warning, as I did have a weapon and was using it as a non-combative. But the MRDM is something that I do not agree with. I thought I would mention that the whole thing was based on LOGS and LOGS only. I was never asked for my side of the story, and I was never even informed of my ban. The way the SL handled this was a bit disappointing, considering they are SL. And I also thought to add I was not even BANNED, I had to go to a super admin to actually get banned because the SL failed to do it. I was honest, and I know this situation was handled poorly; if not, then the policies should be changed.

Is there any proof you have that can back up your POV?

Because, as of now, I have logs showing you and the other two repeatedly killing each other, with points where you shoot first, and points where they do. The other two people have been banned with the same punishment as you, and unless you can explain exactly what happened with evidence, then I'll have to go with what the logs say, which is that this was some TDM situation between you three.

I have no proof. But when they came up to me, even with weapons out, I would just kill them. They were not there to RP, so I just killed them every time they tried to kill me or had a weapon out near me. And I would like to know why I was not contacted whatsoever. I was not asked to tell my POV, and I was not even told I was banned.

After looking into it, I've decided to give you the benefit of the doubt to an extent. You did still act poorly during this, and you should have made a sit rather than take it into your own hands, but I do acknowledge that there was some situations where you were targetted, and others where you shot first; thus it opens up a question of, did you shoot first knowing they were going to shot you, or were you all messing about. In regards to the staff who issued the ban, I have already spoken to them, as they should have spoken to you to get your side of the story.

Based on all of that, your ban will be reduced to 1 week rather than 2 weeks.
