What will you do to stop this from happening again: Nothing. I believe the reason I was brought to a sit was invalid and thus the first RDM invalid. However I accept the 2nd warn, as I did RDM in a sit. I ask the ban be replaced with a RDM A warn.
So for context:
A thaum had been spending the past hour or more bodyswapping GSD to cause trouble (this in itself could be a warn), he had been arrested 3 times and given multiple verbal's by me in D-block. Going as far as to threaten his life.
The thaum now decides to go out onto catwalk, he proceeds to bodyswap GSD and D-class. This leads to a dead GSD and a D-class running off into site. In response I track him down and kill him.
However he calls a sit, and Cheetah takes his side. Which I believe is wrong as my reasons are valid. Cheetah attemtped to defend his view by saying "The thaum wasnt doing anything at the time", which makes no sense at all. This is like ISD not arresting because he isn't doing the crime right now.
Regardless, upon hearing the fact I will receive an RDM warn I kill the Thaum again. Frankly he annoys me and most of the server, this warn is valid.
Why should you be unbanned: I simply wish for the ban to be reduced to a warn on my record, as the ban will expire by the time this is sorted.
