What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will from now on consider my actions and their consequences beforehand and not act impulsively. I understand that making a noise that sounds like a moan is unnacceptable, I definitely should not have done that and will therefore not be acting in any inapropriate manner anymore.
Why should you be unbanned: I'll give a brief rundown of what happened: I was playing as a D-Class and getting cuffed by GSD. I was talking when they gagged me, and I impulsively (and with lighthearted intent) made a moaning noise for approximately 2-3 seconds. After we walked to the testing chambers I was pulled into the sit and banned.
I deeply regret this and I also acknowledge that my behaviour was very innapropriate and isn't welcome on the server.
However, I do want to say for my own defense that I never, ever had the intention of actually engaging in any kind of erotic/sexual roleplay with anyone, it was just a really dumb thing I did spontaneously out of protest against being gagged randomly. I hope the fact this is my first ERP warning in over a year of playing on this server is a testimony to that.
I would also like to add that in my own opinion I'm convinced issuing a full ERP warning is a bit too harsh when put into comparison to what I did. There are people who did all sorts of perverted stuff with that warning and I just don't think I should be categorized with them.
In conclusion, I hope that you see from this that I won't be repeating the same mistake again that I will be more considerate of my actions and that I'm not a threat to the server because I don't want to ERP in any way.
