What will you do to stop this from happening again: Get approval before doing certain rp things that could lead to issues with server rules, and let people handle their own breach refund instead of hacking them out myself.
Why should you be unbanned: I do think that the Failrp counts are valid, but i disagree with the NITRP Metagaming and Naming Conventions
For naming conventions, we did the following:

And had the same name, same voice, same pac3, everything, just rping having a clone.
I did this earlier, and asked an admin if they were fine with it, and several admins and a SGM liked it (out of the top of my head it was Twig, Miti, and an A-1 admin but that could have been an AOD not sure).
We did not get official confirmation that this was fine though, just them saying its cool and that they like it. I do understand that having the same name could lead to some issues, such as PMs.
However, I do disagree with it being a naming conventions violation, as the GM we showed this voice trick too (we were named Simon Black and Simcn Black at the time) said an easier way to have the same name is by putting an empty unicode at the end of the name. We were both named 'Hazmat' Harry which is what Sicario gave us this warn for. While this may be considered a naming con violation, it is for different reasons.
1.11(a) Character Name (Naming Conventions) - Names used when creating a character must be realistic, it must not contain any special characters, unnecessary letters, numbers, or resembling a famous celebrity or character. Avoid inappropriate names or terms.
Due to two characters with the same name not being possible, one had an empty unicode (“⠀” (U+2800)) at the end. While this is a violation, I was under the impression that this was allowed for this rp bit as it was suggested by a SGM (Twig/'Squid')
For metagaming, we were in 682's chamber to RP feeding it various animal carcasses to see if it has a preference (Us hacking in its room to do its test would be an IC issue, not a rules violation). While we were doing this, it breached, we called that out, and got killed.
When I respawned i saw a callout, went to SS to grab a nova, then went with Harold to see if we can find 682 in HCZ. When we were at primary we saw 682, got some shots in and died again. When I respawned again, i just walked my way over to medbay, saw 682 running past me in MTF loop, called it out over comms that it was headed to EZ, and went to grab a weapon from CM bunks again to chase it down, where we beamed, cuffed and eventually rcd it.
Sicario states that i could not have known 682 was breached and that calling it out was metagaming (or something along those lines), but we were in its containment chamber when this happened (Bon Pov, the one playing 682 can confirm).
After that i kinda felt bad for 682, because a CI player flagged on SCU just before the breach happened and immediately beelined towards HCZ (before the callout and before the breach), as well as us being there so we were able to immediately call it out as being breached, so after RCing it i tried to hack 682 out again so he can have a better breach. That is Failrp and i will not deny that. Second Failrp is for teaming with 682 which is also true, i did attempt to hack it out, so that would be teaming. Dont know why there would be two counts of FRP for that considering its one thing, if possible elaborate.
And finally for NITRP, this was for saying We did do other rp before we went to 682's chamber, namely with Dr. Gregory to see if he as a doctor could figure out which one of us was the real one. And while the clone thing may not have been approved, we were still actively trying to create rp. Afterwards we intended to do some rp with 682 as stated before, but it breached during this.
Other than explaining the things i got banned for, Exec Scott de Jong, Sr. RSD Nova Ryder and Sr. RSD Heinrich van der Meyer want me on 079 for currently ongoing storylines with them, but delaying this until i get unbanned probably isnt that big of a deal considering its just three days.
And lastly im fine with not being unbanned, but i would like for non-failrp violations to be reconsidered and the ban to be possibly shortened a bit.
