What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (UK)
Your in-game name: James Krane
Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:465806201
Ban Reason: Severe Toxicity
Date of ban: 13/04/2025
Who banned you: Super Admin Neptune
Ban length: 3 days
What will you do to stop this from happening again: I will refrain from making comments in a simular fashion with or without context to ensure my intention with the words are not mixed with racism/severe toxicity.
Why should you be unbanned: When I did the /me I did not intend on it being race related however itended on it being faction related (green blue, grey or other). I also did this to SCP-7722 calling them out as silver and thus not able to pass though the checkpoint. I do not have any history with racism on the server and have actually been one of the people who has over stepped with policing racism such as the CCP situation with DEA.
The way I said and did the /me was easily interpreted in a way I did not intend due to the idea of colour soely being race related in the majority of social enviroments and wasn't my intention. I did not make any remarks in relation to skin colour however admitedly did not make any remarks to faction colour. No one in the situation took offence to it and when I was dragged into the staff sit before being banned, Neptune agreed it may not have been intended in a race related way however the words said were not allowed thus giving me a 3d instead of a 1w ban.
The people involved in the situation did not take notice of the action and do not believe it warrents a ban considering other remarks that had been made by people in other situations without recieving any punishment. Since the posting of the clip in high-light submission 4 hours ago the only comment made was "This is the most goated id checking".
Unfortunatley due to a lack of context in the situation it was taken the wrong way which Neptune could see was the case and decided to give a reduced ban instead of the full ban.
EDIT:
For reference, the video presented in relation to the severe toxicity is yet to be removed from a public channel as viewed in the attached image.
