What server you were banned on: SCP-RP (UK)

Your in-game name: John 'Vivaldi' (If I remember correctly)

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:0:962012000

Ban Reason: MRDM, NLR, Ban Evasion

Date of ban: 2025-08-01

Who banned you: Astro Zorbas

Ban length: 17 weeks

What will you do to stop this from happening again: I've read the rules in their entriety and will be more careful about how I use weapons.

Why should you be unbanned: There was a bit of a misunderstanding that I was trying to explain to the person that banned me, but they didn't listen, so I'll summarize it up as shortly as possible. I was at 200ms and there was a medic being hung over the pit at the D-class spawn and I began to stab him, but unfortunately at 200ms I began stabbing the D-class. The clip doesn't show, but if you check the damage logs, you'll see that another D-class was stabbing the person as well, so no, I did not intentionally RDM, but I understand why it was issued. I then proceeded to try to mug someone for a Lvl 3 keycard, and they didn't do it so i began to stab them. I assume they thought this was an RDM/NLR, but a D-class had told me that the person had level 3. That said, I'll be more careful about how I use weapons and take note of my latency before doing anything that could result in the rules being broken. I also understand that if I am banned again, I'll be permanently blacklisted.

I spent a fair amount of time on this server, leveled up quite a bit, and found that this is probably the only SCP server worth playing and looking back, I truly regret my decisions and the consequences it led to. It was careless of me to use another account without fully considering the rules and how it would be viewed. I've taken the time to reread the rules and fully understand where I went wrong. If given another chance, I’ll be much more cautious and respectful of the rules moving forward.

Thank you for considering my appeal.
