I was shown a clip of you running around trying to avoid being restrained, while that was fine since Fear RP wasn't applied, you started making fun of the guard following you, which, again, seeing the context of behind it, seems okay to an extent.

Then you called him the N word, which is strictly against the rules, as we have 0 tolerance against any form of racism or hate speech.

I explained that you and informed you that you will be banned for 1 week as per the punishment guidelines, as for the gag, it was because you kept interrupting me while I was explaining the punishment to you.

Thanks for taking the time to make a ban appeal.

We have a strict policy against severe toxicity on this server hence the ban length. The idea of the ban is to issue consequences to those breaking more serious rules. Regardless of whether you meant to say it, it was still something entirely within your control and as such you must face the consequences of your actions. Hopefully in future you will think more carefully before you speak as a result of this ban.

As for Nu-7 that is entirely up to their CO team.
