What will you do to stop this from happening again: Probably have my video footage software on and fully active for every single time I get on this server, also, not get caught in the blame of other shitty rulebreakers in front of admins who they damn well know they're also in the wrong there as well.
Why should you be unbanned: A few days ago or should I say a good amount of time ago, I've made a THOUSAND word complaint and a ban appeal at the same time regarding multiple warns given to me by a "moderator" about RDM, NLR, FRP and such. That complaint was answered to roughly about a week and a half forward to the day I first made it. In this ban appeal, I will speak about a few aspects that I would like to share with people and obviously, can't forget the most important person behind this entire purpose of the appeal, 'Revolutionary'.
FIRST ASPECT.
Continuing on, the complaint was pretty much a round summary of me being accused of committing to RDM as a parawatch and FRP, as well as a few other warns which were completely invalidated by a super administrator on the said date which my complaint had been answered to. Following to the day my complaint was answered remotely, it meant that my previous ban did not count towards breaking my 8 month probation. Which means that, in the gravity of the situation I had previously and currently encountered, it is true that I received FALSE punishment and with that being said, the warnings that were reinstated to me by the super administrator in my complaint were not supposed to count towards my general warnings. Which hopefully explains the fact that I should not have had to been banned with the reasoning "Broken Probation", as said in this current ban appeal.
SECOND ASPECT.
Secondly, I'd like to speak about the genuine idea of what had basically summed up to make me even complete this ban appeal in the first place. So, starting of, at around 18:30, closely somewhere 20 minutes away from the point of which my ban took place, I was in the hospital undergoing an actual checkup which had taken up a lot of time, and yes, if you ask me, I know what a hospital is, I'm not a caveman (yes, this actually happened in REAL LIFE, not in-game..) Anyways, after the checkup from the doctors, I went back home and got on garry's mod and joined up on the server, all I did was play on D-class for a little bit of time before the actual incident took place. As soon as I entered the showers and bought a bayonet knife, this random D-class began to bodyblock me inside of the showers out of nowhere and not moving after I've asked him a relentless amounts of times. He only had moved when I punched him once, in which he moved to the left just as slightly to reveal an opening where I could get out. A little bit of time after that, I get in a testing line and look around for what activity is currently happening outside the D-block. When I do finish doing that, I turn around and come surprisingly face-to-face with the same D class that had previously bodyblocked me, and when I tried to leave, I repeated the same scenario as before, I asked him to move, I didn't punch him though, nor did I kill him with the knife or provoked him in the first place. Just to make it clear, this is the SECOND time so far I've been bodyblocked by him. I don't clearly remember if I had a sidearm or a knife, although, I'm pretty sure I had a sidearm, now that I realize it.. ANYWAYS, out of nowhere, GENSEC and a few other combatives with a few researchers come to the area to which the tests were going to be requested. As soon as the combatives approach the keypad and use it, cycling the line for a D-class in front of me to be taken for a test, the D-class that had previously and currently bodyblocked me in the first place suddenly SNITCHES on me for having a knife on me. I try my best to stay as back as possible but for no reason at all, GENSEC begin to restrain me after the D-class behind me had told them I had a knife and outside of any researcher request me for being taken into their test at all. I attempt to take out my sidearm, or knife, eh, I don't even remember, and engage upon the combatives in combat, although the last second I get restrained AND weapon checked, losing all my weaponry at last. I get fed up with this bullshit, I struggle out of my restrains, run up to random combatants and begin punching them, and that's where I die. Directly after my death, I did not think twice, I did not comprehend the situation that just had happened, I went towards the showers once more and got myself a knife, when I did, I managed to locate the snitch and the D-class that had broken the same rule twice, just to reinstate this, it's bodyblock. After locating the D-class, I immediately began killing him with the bayonet that I had in hand and, yes, I admit, I completely ignored NLR, I RDM'ed and I had a valid reason to, I was fed up of his bullshit.
A little bit of time after, no admin sit, no punishment. I supposed I'd spent a little bit of time playing a round of checkers on one of the tables directly by the spawn points or the cells of the D-class. I get an opponent, finally understand the gravity of the situation and think to myself, yeah, I'm fucked. To my surprise it was the same rulebreaker, snitch and bullshitter D-class that I had killed not so long ago. After losing the match of checkers, I get brought into an admin sit where I am questioned about my doings in that specific time-lapse and I explain roughly what had happened to the senior administrator. I tell the guy pretty much what I was just talking about in the "FIRST ASPECT" section of this ban appeal, saying that I had received a ban but was never permabanned for that ban and once that ban was ACCEPTED, it didn't really count towards the breaking of my 8 month probation. WHICH MEANS, this is the only legitimate ban that in a long good time got me banned, breaking the probation period. A few minutes after, I tell the administrator that the D-class behind this whole story was a rulebreaker as well and he acknowledges it before banning me from the server.
Now, I'm hoping and that I specifically mentioned to the administrator that he would drive this ban appeal to 'Revolutionary''s attention and attempt to establish an understanding of this situation and forgive me.
THIRD ASPECT.
I feel like I should be unbanned from the server and continue on with my time being spent in this community here onwards. Why? Well, I feel like that I was the victim in this whole situation so far. To simply put it, let me explain why, I get trapped by this one D-class, ask him politely to move and he doesn't, he repeats this behavior once again and makes me lose my temper which eventually escalates to me losing my marbles and not thinking about the reality of the scenario in front of me and choosing to even the odds out a little bit. In other words, make the both of us in equal terms through rulebreak. Again, I admit, and I'm not KIDDING, I RDM'ed, I NLR'ed, I broke my probation period for the first time ever, I was hospitalized for 2 days straight and on the third day finally attempting some sort of swift recovery, I just had gone on to the server to have a peaceful time which ends up in me getting banned for trying to control my temper. I get banned, he doesn't, and I feel like this is was a fifty fifty point where I was falsely moderated but moderated rightfully.
Look, I'm tired, I have to give in some actual blood for the doctors in the hospital out there tomorrow, I feel like shit so far waking up every day and barely hanging in there in life. One day, I'd just be as happy to be having extra problems just like Yorick and in a good amount of time, die. So, this pretty much rounds up my whole ban appeal of almost 1500 words.
