What will you do to stop this from happening again: Hi, I understand that my original ban was for Fail RP, and I take full responsibility for that. I learned from it and was ready to wait out the one-week ban without any issue.
While I was waiting, I was just browsing around and came across Civil Networks USA. Out of curiosity, I tried joining to see if my UK ban also applied there. When I did, it said I was banned there too, but for 16 weeks instead. After checking back on the UK server, I noticed the ban had also changed to 16 weeks, which really confused me.
I want to be clear that I never meant to evade the ban or make things worse. I honestly didn’t realize both servers were linked at the time I just wanted to see what would happen. I completely understand now that they’re connected and that trying to join during a ban counts as evasion.

I understand the concern about ban evasion, but I want to make it clear that I genuinely wasn’t trying to get around my ban. It was honestly just a misunderstanding on my part. I thought the UK and USA servers were separate communities with different systems, so when I tried to join the USA one, it was just me checking if the same ban applied there not trying to sneak around it or anything like that.
About the Steam ID mix up that was totally my fault. I gave the wrong one by mistake, which I realize probably made things look worse than they were. I’m really sorry about that and take full responsibility.
I get now that the servers are connected and that trying to join another one while banned counts as evasion. That wasn’t my intention at all, and I’ll definitely make sure it doesn’t happen again. I was fine waiting out the original week long ban.
I’d really appreciate it if this could be seen as a genuine misunderstanding instead of me trying to dodge the rules. Sorry again for the confusion and the extra hassle this caused.
