I did something identical when I was Director of Medicine purely because I hated the clothing it came with, requesting approval for this as the addons clearly identify me as an Executive Researcher, as an exec I wanted to wear a suit rather than a ugly lab coat.
Requesting approval because clothing comes from one of the suit models bone merged
Face comes from a texture on the Scientist model from the Researcher jobs
