Reason: all old warnings i had it's was for when i didn't had roleplay experience but now i have more

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: i am proud on everything i can do in IC or OOC, when i joined server [roleplay] Firs time i had no idea how it's work but after long time playing now i know but sometime i saw lot New player joining Server but they don't know how to play or do any Dpt/MTF job and when i saw that i decided to Help everyone In-game so Everyone can play and enjoy this Server, that my Reason i'm Proud on.
Why would you like to become a staff member: i like Become Staff because i saw lot Staff busy with lot thing and they can't Deal with people report sametime so i decided to make this application to become staff For Assist All Staff Team and everyone in-Game, and i can get more experience about how to be Staff member.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: i was in lot Staff sit and i saw people reporting someone for breaking rules but they Don't have any Proof because they are thinking Staff Team can check log to find out Person did break any rules or not so All time sit ended on nothing for don't having any Proof so im thinking to make Staff team to Watch some place to make sure no one breaking any rules, like Two/One staff watching Surface/One all time D-block/Two staff watch breach [code 5]/ and two staff watch Goi Raid so if someone report someone eles without any Proof Staff can Deal with site more faster and more easier
