Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I've received a failrp warning due to printing out a document that was a furry (yes I regret it).
How many hours can you be on everyday: 4 - 6 hours per day.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I do. I was an admin for another place and I had the responsibilities of handling sits, training new staff, handling warn appeals, handling staff reports alongside with doing tasks regarding documentation and managing an events team. During sits you had to stay professional, calm and making sure not to argue with anyone in the sit, this was to maintain the staff teams reputation. Training regarded us going over important key factors of being staff along with teaching new people about in game logs and how to use them correctly. Staff reports were dealt in 4 ways: One, dismissal due to lack of evidence. Two, Verbal warning to the staff member if it was by accident and something minor. Three, a strike if what rule or policy the staff member broke was a bit of an issue and them not seeing to care as much. And four, removal from the staff team if what rule they broke was severe and they didn't care whatsoever.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I'm pretty proud on getting into Alpha-1 and becoming the Chief of Security. I never expected to get both of those due to lack of experience so I think I'm doing pretty well by getting those.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Honestly, I want to become staff so I could help out within the community and by bringing a friendly / positive vibe to the server as a staff member. I feel like I could be an active staff member within the game and by learning quickly on what is required / using the log system in game for sits. I also wish to be a staff member as I have a feeling I could help out a ton due to my activity and experience with being staff somewhere else, I've also saw the staff team being quite friendly and nice so if I was to be accepted as staff I think my vibe overall would be good for the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I don't think the staff team needs any improvements at this moment of time.
