Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Currently what I'm most proud of in game is hitting the rank of CSG in Nu-7 as the regiment as a whole is what pushed me to keep playing when i was thinking of leaving the server but the people I've met have brought such a positive experience that i wouldn't have imagined when first joining.
Why would you like to become a staff member: One of the main reasons i would like to be staff is to give back to the community as when i first joined the server a few months ago i wasn't in the greatest head space and came on to mess about and minge but i came across a few people in the first hour which changed my whole attitude to the server and has since helped my mental state (i'd also like to think that now i'm not seen as a minge but as someone who genuinly plays this server to rp)
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: one of the things I would improve on is late night admin presence to combat late night rule breaks mainly mass sampling as this takes away rp for people and pollutes the chem market with mass farmed samples the way this could be done is to have someone for the us server (if a uk mod/admin isn't available) to keep an eye out every now and then to reduce the amount of rule breaks as people would be wary of breaking the rules if an admin or mod is on.
