Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I received two bans and two warnings on the server in 2023, and I haven’t received anything since then. I can’t exactly remember what they were, as it was two years ago.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Minimum of 5 hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I don’t have any prior experience as staff, since I never really had the opportunity to do so and haven’t applied anywhere before. However, I really enjoy this server and want to be a part of the community
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Previously, I mentioned being proud of having two of my research documents graded as excellent, and I still am. I’m also very proud of my time in NU-7, and I’ve been thoroughly enjoying the roleplay aspect of research.
Why would you like to become a staff member: The reason I want to become a staff member is that I genuinely enjoy helping people in any situation to the best of my ability, and I’d love to do the same for the server. I also want to help players get the most out of their RP experience. Another reason I’d like to join the staff team is to eventually work towards becoming a Game Master, but I know I first need to gain experience as a staff member. Since I don’t have prior staff experience, I’m hoping this opportunity will allow me to learn, grow, and get the guidance I need.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I don’t think the staff team needs much improvement. Everyone is extremely friendly, they respond to tickets quickly, and there’s always good coverage during peak hours. The only area I feel I could personally improve is by being available earlier in the mornings, when there are usually no staff members online. Since many people have work or other responsibilities at that time, I’d like to dedicate my time to covering those hours and helping out when staff presence is low.
