Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: Yes, this is my first application for the moderation team.
Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I believe I have only received one warning for RDM and that is all.
How many hours can you be on everyday: Bare minimum 2 hours on a weekday and on the weekend most likely 0 hours on Saturday however any time between 12:00 and 21:00 GMT usually.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I have not been an official staff member in any community however in custom servers I have been a Game and/or Discord Moderator where I interacted with the community helped adapt rules and enforced said rules to a reasonable extent. Each server on average contained 230~ members. However these are only custom servers they may not be up to standard with CivilNetwork's SCP Roleplay server.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Something I am proud to have achieved in the server is the fact that I have gained at least some notoriety among fellow members mostly among people frequently playing as Class-Ds however some combatants and civil personnel too. I feel as though that is my best achievement thus far.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member as even though I have not played for as long as some other players on the server I have encountered people ruining the experience for example ruining conversations by spamming in chat or mic, abusing their Clearance levels or handcuffs/restraints to lock you somewhere, cursing out others for minor things OOC and more however they are not as severe. I wish to join the staff team as if I do I can either discourage theses things from happening in the first place and/or dish out appropriate punishments for everything that I mentioned and more. It'd be nice to see the server calm and collected (In a way) so that it isn't hard for new players to get in to or so it isn't too much of a struggle for people to play on the server because they feel like they might get harassed for doing something small.
(I'm not sure if this'll make full sense to the reviewer but this is more or less how I feel about it)
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I do not necessarily believe I can improve something on the staff team just by joining it however I do know I will contribute to improving the staff team for example being a part of the team on at a certain time, lightening the load other staff member may have, potentially contributing to the overall look of the staff teams when it comes to it's community and some more which I may find out later on!
