Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I have received 3 punishments as of now. 1 warning and 2 bans. They are for the following reasons:

Warnings:
RDM > D-Classes were stacking in research line, I threw a frag grenade and killed them all. I was only new to GMod and the server at that point (Sub-2 hours on the game).
Bans:
RDM > I was a RU on catwalk trying to kill an armed D-Class , I got tranqed therefore my vision went grey, blurry, and nauseous. I was tracking the guy with the weapon and as he passed another D-Class I crossfired, due to the recency of my previous RDM warning I was banned for 6 hours.
MRDM #Astro > Playing as SCP-073 and inside HCZ, SCP-7722 is breached and runs by me. ERT is deployed and they throw nerve gas at/nearby me, It doesn't load on my end. Someone (Nu-7 I think) try telling me to leave but their audio keeps cutting. I get banned for MRDM with no SIT. I appeal and get unbanned after 3-4 days. How many hours can you be on everyday: During weekdays I can never be certain of how long I will be able to be in-game as it may range from 2 hours to 4+ hours however that time range should be quite consistent. On a weekend (Friday to Sunday) I should have an average time in-game of anywhere from 3 hours to 12+ hours and it should usually fall somewhere between. This excludes Saturdays as this is when I spend time with family and do driving lessons.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I unfortunately have no experience as a staff member in GMod. However I did moderate in a game on Roblox called SCP: Roleplay, of which was created in mid-2020, I joined it in early 2021. In this game I was NOT an official moderator although I had applied. There was a feature for players to create custom servers in this game of which I had been a member of staff in many servers however I will not mention them all as 3 of these servers were in the Top 3 biggest at the point I was moderating in them (These servers were active from 2022 onwards to early 2025). I only remember the names of 2 of the sites unfortunately.
Site 1 - 'Facility-93'
This was my server, it had obtained number 1 concurrent player count out of all sandbox servers and number 2 under all servers with a concurrent player count of 80+ as long as their was a server host online.
I was the Owner of this site and I had kept this server open for 4 or so months before I took a break and the server died.
Site 2 - 'N/A'
This site was created around about 2023 or so and I moderated there for over a year as a Senior Game Moderator and Senior Discord Moderator. This site had the same player statistics as my server however it switch between gamemodes which kept is alive longer. I eventually retired from this site after serving for a while due to personal issues and it shut down a few months after I left.
Site 3 - 'Site: NOCTUM'
Site: NOCTUM is still one of if not the biggest servers in SCP: Roleplay. I had only been a moderator there for 3 or so weeks before I quit playing the game for a while. As far as I know it is still up and running even after I haven't played it for a long time. It was so large and successful that the developers and such of the game actually verified it so it became a sort of branch of the game. The concurrent player count is around 150+.
I assume these will be minimal leverage to my application however I feel like I have to mention these in this application.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: There are 2 things I'm very proud of to have achieved in-game, they are:
1) The fact that I have obtained every license as this was fun to do and it is satisfying to have all of them.
2) My rank in Epsilon-11 is SGT as of now and I am very proud of that. It is nice to have worked up to this rank and I love the interactions/lessons that are a byproduct of this!
For example due to my status I have become much more recognised among fellow members compared to before! Whether it be because I hosted a tryout and someone witnessed/attended it, or maybe someone comes down for escorting or testing in heavy and I come supervise. I love this and everything that comes of it!
There is also the fact that due to me being in E11 I have learnt so much about the server, server members and CivilNetworks alike!
These are the 2 things I feel most proud to have achieved in-game.
Why would you like to become a staff member: Being fully honest there are 3 main reasons I would like to become a staff member. They are the following:
1) The first reason is the fact that I would get XK-Class VIP, I'm too broke myself to afford it so it'll be nice to have it for roleplay and other things,
2) I myself know what it is like to be in trouble for something, so this mean if there is ever someone getting punished then I can actually be a voice with power behind it. For example I could perform OOC/IC background checks while the SIT is going on, or I could monitor the person after the punishment is over to see what they do,
3) There have been many times where I join in the morning and there are no staff members online and then CI raid either when there are let's say only 2-3 MTF on or straight after they just raided resulting in fail raiding. This ruins not just my own experience but also other's experiences as well.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I still do not believe that I can single-handedly improve something on the staff team as seen in my previous application when I said, " I do know I will contribute to improving the staff team for example being a part of the team on at a certain time, lightening the load other staff member may have". I will still abide by this as I will be on at random times for a decent time this being early-morning, mid-day, or late at night. I will help any other staff so they won't feel as overloaded by moderation requests.
