Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: I had once recieved A warning for Failrp when i had first joined the server and it was a misunderstanding
How many hours can you be on everyday: 5-6
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes I have been staff in a gmod rp server - as an administrator. and also in another gmod rp server as a Mod. both for about 6-7 months
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I had my eyes set on E-11 as soon as I had joined the server and every day I had Worked hard As a GSD member to get the requirements after a few weeks of hard week i achieved it now I have my eyes set on Ethics assistant in which I help with tribunals and assist with documents to try achieve.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I would like to help the community of the server with all their problems and make the server a more fun and more enjoyable place to roleplay. I would also like to join The civil networks staff team because I am a dedicated member of the community and love the fun interactions with the people in the server and want to give back to them. I also would like to become a Staff member because I love Assisting people with their problems and making peoples Day just that bit better.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: if I could improve something on the staff team it would be the feedback from the community such as More polls to take in the Community's Voice on ooc Aspects of the server to make it a more fair and fun environment for all members of civil networks. I would achieve this by Making staff more accsessible to the community for more questions they sometimes feel stupid for asking and making staff that helping hand that is always there. I would also add More community engagement such as fun OOC events such as giveaways Etc This is how i would achieve a More inclusive environment for all members of the community
