How many hours can you be on everyday: between 3-5 hours apart from Wednesdays
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I served as the Head Administrator of a Star Wars Roleplay server for over two years. During this, I played a leadership role in managing core aspects of the team. Such as I oversaw the application process for new members and staff. I was also responsible for staff training and development, helping new moderators and admins with advise and mentorship.
I also led the Event Team, where I helped planning and the running of events. My focus was on maintaining high-quality and immersive experiences. My role required a strong understanding of community management, team coordination, and creative direction within the RP environment.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: Becoming a LT in Omega-1, when I joined the server it was my goal to join O-1. Sadly I had a couple of breaks while playing but once i fully committed to the server in just a month i joined O-1 and have not looked back once. I am also proud of getting ECA but stepped down from that role to focus on O-1.
Why would you like to become a staff member: My in-depth knowledge of being a Senior staff member, I know I can bring a lot to the table with everything I have done on my previous server. With that, I can help with events and sorting out the logistics behind the events, and continue to improve the relations with staff and players. At the end of the day, the Staff is here for the players and they want to see everyone have a Great RP experience and that is what I am aiming to do if I do get accepted.
