How many hours can you be on everyday: I am on pretty much every day and can be on for up to 5 hours.
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a moderator on SCP RP about 4-5 months ago. I was staff for about a month then resigned. I was an extremely active staff member and helped with investigations, complaints and more. I was never infracted and got lots of positive feedback.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: The main things I am proud about is the RP I initiated and contributed to while being an A1 LT and GOC CPT. I was an important character in many events and multiple times lead RP scenarios that affected the entire site. As a GOC CPT, I was incharge of relations with the Foundation CI and Civilians. I received extremely positive feedback from how I performed as I often created meetings and operations with these groups. I am also proud of how I performed as a staff member in the Civil Networks community.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member because I often see people that don't contribute to RP intentionally ruining other peoples experience and degrading RP. This frustrates me and many other people who are trying to RP. I also have noticed that it often takes quite a lot of time to get staff to respond to sits which can be frustrating especially in situations where staff are needed as soon as possible. Another reason why I want to become staff is because I genuinely enjoy SCP-RP and want to help grow the server.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: If I could improve something on the staff team it would be how long it takes for staff to respond to sits, I have experienced many situations where staff are needed desperately for a RP/Combat situation but it takes quite a lot of time to respond, this severely degrades the immersion and most of the time the longer staff take to respond the worse the situation gets . I would improve this by going out of my way to respond to people's sits, no matter how long it will take or what situation I am currently in.
