How many hours can you be on everyday: 4 on collage days and 8 on non-collage days
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I haven't been staff on a Garry's Mod server before, but I've run servers in other games, mostly ARK. (best game ever) I owned a few servers over the years, helped manage staff, dealt with player issues and reports, enforced rules, and just made sure things stayed fair and fun. I also helped with server setup, events, and everyday moderation. Even though it's not GMod, it gives me a good idea of how staff teams should work and function and how to handle players the right way.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: There are a few things that I'm proud of that I've done in the server:
1. Achieving Ethics Committee Assistant
2. Getting NU7 Lieutenant
3. made multiple RP sicarios for NU7 & ISD such as Fight clubs that went a bit far and illegal gambling rooms. (Lost so much money in those gambling rooms was fun though)
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because while playing this server, I've seen that it's held together by the staff members no matter how bad the server gets they're able to fix whatever situation is going on and keep the RP enjoyable also there are some pretty good incentives to becoming a staff member. (PAC so expensive)
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I know what I'm about to say was said on my previous application but again it's one of the biggest issues the server faces. This is that at later hours especially the time between 11 and 2 AM is when a lot of rule breaks happen especially RDM.
