Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I was a staff member on a server a few years ago and made my way up the ranks. Unfortunately, the server has since closed down.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I have currently made my way up the ranks of CI to gamma, GOC to sgt, and mate it to cpt in nu7. I have also made it to the rank of expert in RCPT. I would like to think I have helped many players who are new/unsure with the questions they have asked me. eg. traching JR researchers how to test.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to help moderate a server I enjoy playing on and help more people with issues they have. I would also like to provide support during off-peak times, as I play on low-pop late at night sometimes, and I understand the requirements needed of a good staff member. I want to make a positive impact on the staff and playerbase while continuing to develop my skills, while helping the community.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I would personally encourage more communication between staff to allow for more impartial and fair handling of cases, and if I noticed anything that I may be unclear about, I would ask for clarification from a superior rather than taking it into my own hands. witch i belive would help all staff and players.
