Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community? None
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achieved in-game: I was able to kidnap a delta as a DEA agent and also get promoted to gamma in CI, do good in raids, and lead good (Sadly some CO teams hate me) also held Nu-7 till CSG, which was pure fun back in the day
Why would you like to become a staff member? I want to serve others by helping keep the server fair and enjoyable for everyone. I want to make sure players can roleplay without dealing with rule breakers and that situations are handled quickly and properly. I’m active and willing to respond to situations as fast as possible, while staying calm and respectful. My goal is to help provide a smooth and professional staff experience so everyone can enjoy the game.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be, and how would you do so? If I could improve one thing, it would be the speed at which SITS are handled. I would do this by responding to them as quickly as possible and taking them away from active roleplay areas so situations can be resolved efficiently without disrupting other players.
