What server are you applying for: SCP-RP (UK)

Your Username: Joshuaz

Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:419151052

Discord Username: _joshuaz

Age: 17

What's your current playtime: 3d 6h

Do you have a mic: Yes

Your characters name: "Leo Dixon"
"Jamie Scott"
"Dmitry Sokolov"

Is this the first application you made? If no, link all previous applications: It is

Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: 3x NRP, all in 2021. I've done my best to ensure I don't get anymore

How many hours can you be on everyday: I can manage 3-10 hours, depending on whether I have anything I need to do within that same day

Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: I've got experience as a variety of roles in both serious and semi-serious communities revolving around gmod

Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I've provided valuable roleplay towards newer players; specifically in my time as RSD. I'd say I've given pointers towards juniors - introduced newer players towards a small segment of their role as a Class-D by giving them neat experiences in terms of testing on them. I've also done my best to ensure people new to the RSD faction have the knowledge required to create documents of their own - and I'd be willing to once more go out of my way to do that again for anyone in need

Why would you like to become a staff member: I play on this server a lot. I do particularly enjoy my time on the server and every so often I notice the tickets are typically drastically backed up. I was also further encouraged by the ping within the CN server suggesting more people apply

If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: I feel as if communication is always something that could be improved on in every aspect - not only that but sometimes people can get muddled up when dealing with uncommon situations. I'd likely implement a fix for this by taking note of sits that don't particularly happen often, resulting in said moderator becoming confused on what to do. I'd then create a sort of spreadsheet that contains all of these - futureproofing said sit should it happen again!
