Have you received any kicks/warns/bans, and if so, why: No
How many hours can you be on everyday: 5-8 hours each day
Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes. I have previously been a moderator on Civil Gamers SCP-RP, so I already understand how the server operates, how reports are handled, and what is expected from staff in terms of professionalism and decision-making. Outside of CG, I’ve also held staff roles on other serious RP communities, which involved dealing with player disputes, enforcing rules fairly, and supporting newer players. That experience has helped me become more patient and measured when handling situations.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: One thing I’m proud of is how I’ve developed my roleplay over time, particularly within the Research Department. I’ve gone from fairly standard RP to running structured tests, writing solid documentation, and creating scenarios that other departments can get involved in. I’ve also held trusted whitelisted roles, which required restraint and good judgement rather than just mechanical skill. Being trusted with those roles is something I value more than any single event or moment.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I want to become a staff member because I genuinely care about the quality and atmosphere of the server. Having been part of Civil Gamers for a long time, I’ve seen how much difference good staff presence makes, especially during busy periods or tense situations. I’m not applying just to have a title, I want to help keep things fair, immersive, and enjoyable, and to support players before situations turn into bigger problems.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: One improvement I’d like to see is clearer communication and consistency during live situations. Sometimes players get mixed signals simply because staff are dealing with things individually. I think encouraging quick internal communication between staff during incidents, even just brief coordination, would help ensure decisions feel consistent and transparent to players. As a moderator, I’d focus on communicating clearly with both players and other staff so situations don’t escalate unnecessarily.
