Do you have any previous experience as a staff member in a community: Yes, I have been Staff Managers on a couple other RP communities.
Tell us about something that you're proud that you've achived in-game: I am proud that I achieved the rank of GSD Captain after being recognised by the departmental leads and Site Administration. This shows to me the dedication the higher ups have to the server's departments and that they actually appreciate the work of the lower clearance staff, surprisingly this does not happen on all servers. I am also proud that I have grasped the TE5 hacking minigame very well as it seems like a niche to most people as I can do the higher level hacks very fast compared to most in the fair amount of time I have been apart of this community.
Why would you like to become a staff member: I would like to become a staff member as I feel like I have a lot to offer to this community, such as experience in other communities and my passion for this particular community. An example of my passion was my application to be a GSD Captain as I believe it has the most interactions with new players and setting a correct example in this positions can set a president for new players to follow and continue player the server frequently, retaining more and more serious RP focused members of the community. In addition to this I have seen, first hand, the friendly & welcoming manor the staff in this community have and believe I can add to this as with my work schedule sometimes I finish late at night etc and therefore can play at niche hours, this means that I can be of support at times where not many staff are active and can continue ensuring that all players have the best experience possible, disregarding the fact that a lot of players may not be active at that point.
If you could improve something on the staff team, what would it be and how would you do so: An example of something the staff team could improve is the response time to requested sits as from personal experience, this is because you can be waiting minutes for a staff member to be free despite the fact that there are lots of active members online at that time. For me personally, staff duties are prioritised before RP duties as the server would not be able to function fluently without active staff members there to enforce the rules of the server ie people minging and breaking rules could negatively affect peoples perspective of the server and community, forcing them to leave as their experience has not been positive. In addition to this, an effective response time to sits also means that RP can be continued quicker, which is the main focus point of the server; a quicker time to continue RP can effect many people's experience as it can often be made in groups where everyone has a role to play or even a 1 to 1 scenario such as a Doctor performing a medical examination on any personnel active.
